"Soluxe Trip" Club is a communication bridge between the hotel and the customers of "Soluxe Trip". The club will continuously improve the services, creating a priority, concession and quality service room for its members; meanwhile, the club will provide an exchange platform for the members of "Soluxe Trip" to improve the customer value, enhance their mutual understanding, building a future together.

I. Membership management for "Soluxe Trip" Club

1.Member class of "Soluxe Trip"
The members of "Soluxe Trip" Club are divided into three classes: member holding Mingshi gold card, member holding Mingshi silver card, member holding Junshi concession card.

2. Member standard for "Soluxe Trip"
Member holding Mingshi gold card: charge RMB 30,000 or above by lump sum;
Member holding Mingshi silver card: charge RMB 10,000 to RMB 30,000 by lump sum;
Member holding Junshi concession card: pay annual fee of RMB 800.
Note: The members of the club can enjoy annual members’ party for free.

3.Valid period for membership of "Soluxe Trip"
The valid period for membership of "Soluxe Trip" is subject to the term indicated in the mail for member you have received, and shall be one year. Within such valid period, all members can enjoy the member services provided by the "Soluxe Trip" club.

4.Management for membership card number of "Soluxe Trip"
The membership card number of "Soluxe Trip" Club shall not be lent to others for use. Please present the card before consumption.

5. Cancellation for membership of "Soluxe Trip"
The members can be voluntary to apply for cancellation of the membership. If the membership card exceeds the valid term, the membership will be cancelled automatically.

II. Services of "Soluxe Trip" Club
1.Services for members of "Soluxe Trip" Club If the membership card is at the valid period and any one or more product of "Soluxe Trip" is within the valid period, the members of "Soluxe Trip" at different classes can apply as follows:
	The member holding Mingshi gold card can enjoy: Guest room: 55% discount of the ordinary guest room, 40% discount for suite (excluding presidential suite, premier suite), and additionally pay 15% service charge Chinese Restaurant: 20% discount (excluding abalone, ginseng, bird's nest, shark fin, seafood, cigarette, wine and beverage) Western Restaurant: 20% discount (excluding cigarette, wine and beverage) Recreation: 10% discount (only for wine and beverage) Health-care and Entertainment: 15% discount (excluding cigarette, wine and beverage) Oasis Bar: 20% discount (excluding cigarette) Feiao Bar: 20% discount (excluding cigarette) Western Cake: 30% discount Laundry: 15% discount
	The member holding Mingshi silver card can enjoy: Guest room: 50% discount of the ordinary guest room, 40% discount for suite (excluding presidential suite, premier suite), and additionally pay 15% service charge Chinese Restaurant: 15% discount (excluding abalone, ginseng, bird's nest, shark fin, seafood, cigarette, wine and beverage) Western Restaurant: 15% discount (excluding cigarette, wine and beverage) Recreation: 5% discount (only for wine and beverage) Health-care and Entertainment: 10% discount (excluding cigarette, wine and beverage) Oasis Bar: 15 % discount (excluding cigarette) Feiao Bar: 15 % discount (excluding cigarette) Western Cake: 20% discount Laundry: 10% discount
2.Notice for Members
(1).Please present the card before consumption. (2).The member can not enjoy other concession terms when using Mingshi Card and Junshi Concession Card for consumption. (3).The cash shall not be refunded once Mingshi Card is charged. (4).The Junshi Concession Card shall be valid within one year upon buying the card. (5). After the charge amount is used up or at the expiration, the card holder can handle the relevant charge or renewal procedure at the Reception of the hotel. (6). Those who need change the card due to expiration can replace the old card with a new one; those who need replace the card due to losing or damaging the card shall pay RMB 30.00 for the cost of each card. (7).After losing the card, the card holder shall hold valid certificate to the Reception of the hotel to transact the relevant loss procedure, otherwise, the hotel shall not be responsible for any loss incurred herein.
3. Membership application of "Soluxe Trip" Club
You can download the Membership Application Form of "Soluxe Trip" Club and fill in your true personal information, and fax the copied valid certificate to "Soluxe Trip" Club or email to rsvn@sunshineplaza.com.cn. We will inform you the handling result within 2 working days.
III. Right of interpretation The final right of interpretation for Articles of Association of "Soluxe Trip" Club shall be reserved by Grand Soluxe Hotel Gansu Co., Ltd.
